Katherine is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor as well as a National Certificated Counselor and provides services in the state of Kentucky. Since 2000, she has had the pleasure of working in the field of mental health. Throughout those years, she has worked with individuals, families, and small groups. Her passion is working with others to develop goals and realistic interventions to promote growth. She utilizes a person-centered approach while incorporating mindfulness, humor, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to address Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Binge Eating Disorders, and Relationship Conflicts. Additionally, she uses the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her relationship/couples work (Level 1) and is an LGBTQ ally.
Services/Rates
Pathfinder Counseling Services is not in-network with insurance, however a superbill can be provided and we accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash or checks.

Individual Session (50 minutes)
Adult session, in person or virtual. $125.00/hr
Couples Session (75 minutes)
Partner session, in person or virtual. $150.00/hr . $65.00 for the one-time individual session.
Minor Session
(40 minutes)
Ages 10 and up, in person or virtual. $100.00/hr
Group Therapy
(60 minutes)
Adult group therapy offers connection with others on various topics. Each series last 6 weeks.

Diagnostic Assessment
(60 minutes)
All clients will participate in an initial assessment.
